Vermont Surrogacy Network provides families throughout Vermont, New England and the world with an ethical, affordable and supportive environment in which intended parents and gestational carriers are matched and guided through the process of surrogacy.

When DTC Force was approached by VSN,
❌ The project was abandoned in an unusable state by a ‘bigger’ partner
❌ VSN had a working but cumbersome system and process in place to organize their data.
❌ A flow needed to be created to register, match, chat, schedule meetings, and finally, make a decision on the pregnancy.
❌ They were using form stack to support their services but it was extremely tough to use it as it required manual intervention at multiple points of the process.
❌ Customer portals extremely difficult to navigate and prone to chances of error in reporting. We were approached to simplify the system and enhance the automation so as to reduce manual intervention and utilize Salesforce’s platform to create efficiency.
Solution / Results
✅ DTC reengineered the end-to-end business process and created a custom form submission module from scratch on Salesforce.
✅ 13 Surrogate forms and 10 IP forms were streamlined to a single form for each.
✅ These forms are dynamic and can have fields added and relabelled by the admin.
✅ The form module was embedded into the customer portal making it seamless for users to enter data and VSN to act on it in no time.
✅ DTC completely revamped the process of registering, connecting, and following communication between intended parents & a surrogate. A process that takes them through registration, matching, communication, scheduling meetings, and finally connect them with a decision on their application.
✅ Based on certain criteria and calculations, an IP and surrogate are matched for IP’s approval.

✅ Our implementation included an approach with custom form submissions in a module comparable to Formstack, embedding business process logic, and redesigning the whole customer experience through the portal.

Since 1987, Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team are responsible for the training of thousands of dogs in the Cleveland area and are now placing trainers all over the world to spread Lorenzo’s technique and philosophy. This organization brands itself as a serious dog training outfit and keeping dogs in happy homes and out of shelters. With growth came other challenges in the organization and they decided to adapt Salesforce as their primary CRM. The robust design and data management assisted trainers in Lorenzo’s team to create training agreements, log training appointments and also create progress reports once they had been assigned to a client and their dog.
When a big-name Platinum partner dropped the ball, Lorenzo’s Dog Training was ready to give up on Salesforce…
❌ Huge amount of money spent meant Lorenzo’s didn’t want to talk to implementation partners anymore – until they decided to give DTC a chance.

SiteWorks is a Construction Management company responsible for building some of the most high end art storage units in New York, as well as general construction nationwide. They offer a range of services from construction to facility management.
Problem
SiteWorks grew as big as it could on Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and was struggling to transition from a consumer-focused organization to a business-focused one with no CRM system in place. Siteworks required a streamlined, central system to automate their organizational, repetitive and reporting tasks. They were spending long hours coordinating construction jobs and potential contractors manually.
DTCForce’s Solution
As usual, we started our process with a series of discovery sessions by our business analysts to understand their business and its requirements. A customization of Salesforce was in order, including creating Partner and Customer Communities, which allowed the customers themselves to upload their Pending Work Orders, complete with requirements, start dates, pictures, contact details and locations.
The Partners would then automatically receive the Work Orders depending on their capabilities and locations, and could upload proposals and bids. Following a successful match, invoices and reports would be automatically created, while Salesforce Maps was used to introduce a visual map of all ongoing, pending work orders and contractor locations in a single view.
We trained Siteworks on best Salesforce practices so they could become self-sufficient and grow the systems as they go along. Together, we defined key metrics needed to be tracked to quickly generate reports and dashboards to view their progress and efficiency.
